Wintertime, seedtime, time to go deep within. North point of the seasonal wheel... earth element, trees, plants, stones, bones. Winter reflects the final stage of our life cycle, that of old age and passage into death. In winter, we take time to honor our elders and remember those who walked the earth before us. If we slow way down and get real quiet... we can hear the the voices of our ancestors softly echo within our collective soul.
