walk thru this garden of bliss and delight
breathe in Her beauty with your spirit sight
overhead glides a peaceful dove
sowing seeds of kindness and love
souls dance free in this sacred place
and hearts are filled with blessed grace

This was painted in my Oregon home during a particularly joyful spring... a time when more than usual, my heart felt light and free and my mind quiet and still. I can't say why it was such a grace-filled period of time, it's a sweet mystery! I love the wild bleeding hearts that are abundant in the forest here. There is more than a bit of Diego Rivera's influence in this work!
