A very important painting for me, created when I turned forty years of age. It felt as if I stood at the center of youth and elderhood, and could look backwards and forwards at my life and at my development of self. The symbology is influenced by Native American artforms. The composition is a symmetrical design, of which I created many. Butterfly of transformation roots the two women, blue flower of awareness unites them and golden light of Spirit presides over All.
